Acceptance of Terms

By accessing scentedstudio.world or using our appliance repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Scentedstudio provides repair and maintenance services for small household appliances including but not limited to kitchen appliances, cleaning devices, and related equipment. Our services include:

Diagnosis and assessment of appliance issues
Repair and replacement of faulty components
Preventive maintenance and servicing
Pickup and delivery within Auckland (where available)

Service Estimates and Pricing

We provide free initial diagnosis for appliances brought to our workshop. Repair estimates are provided before any work begins. Prices quoted include labour and standard parts unless otherwise specified. You will be informed of any additional costs before they are incurred.

Warranty Terms

All repairs performed by Scentedstudio come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. This warranty applies to the specific repair performed and does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors
Issues unrelated to the original repair
Normal wear and tear of components
Repairs performed by third parties after our service

Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your appliance and its issues
Collect repaired appliances within 30 days of notification
Pay for services as agreed upon completion
Follow any care instructions provided with your repaired appliance

Limitation of Liability

While we exercise due care in all repairs, Scentedstudio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for data loss on smart appliances or pre-existing damage not disclosed at the time of service.

Unclaimed Appliances

Appliances not collected within 60 days of repair completion notification may be disposed of or sold to recover storage costs. We will attempt to contact you before taking such action.

Website Use

The content on scentedstudio.world is provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content without notice. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
