Service Guarantee
At Scentedstudio, we stand behind every repair we perform. Our goal is to restore your appliances to optimal working condition. If you are not satisfied with our service, we are committed to making it right.
90-Day Warranty
All repairs completed by Scentedstudio come with a comprehensive 90-day warranty. This warranty covers:
- The specific repair work performed
- Parts installed during the repair
- Labour costs if the same issue recurs
If the same problem occurs within 90 days of your repair, simply bring your appliance back to our workshop and we will fix it at no additional charge.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Normal wear and tear of components
- Damage from power surges or water exposure
- Modifications made by the customer or third parties
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Claiming Warranty Service
To claim warranty service:
- Bring your appliance to our workshop at Kitchener St, Auckland CBD
- Provide your original repair receipt or job number
- Our technicians will assess the appliance
- If covered under warranty, we will repair at no cost
Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to repair your appliance after providing a quote and taking payment
- If the same issue persists after multiple repair attempts
- If we recommend against repair after further diagnosis
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with a quoted repair. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Parts Returns
Replaced parts are disposed of unless you request to keep them. If you purchase parts directly from us for self-installation, unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.
